ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available in your area, you’ll see that option at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready!

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Please email stillwaterscollective@hotmail.com to start a return.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll gladly help if the item is in stock.

Which items are final sale?
Accessories, jewelry, intimates (like bodysuits or bralettes), and sale items are final sale for hygiene and clearance reasons.

How do your sizes run?
Most of our pieces fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the description. Each item includes sizing details to help you find the perfect fit.

Do you restock sold-out items?
We restock customer favorites when possible! Follow us on Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram for restock updates and new arrivals. 💕

Are your items faith-based?
Yes! Still Waters Collective was created to offer modest, faith-inspired fashion that reflects the beauty of the Lord’s restoration and goodness.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated in a special promotion.

Do you offer gift cards?

Our name comes from Psalm 23:2“He leads me beside still waters; He restores my soul.”
We believe in offering more than clothing — we’re here to remind women of peace, restoration, and the goodness of God in every season.
