At Still Waters Collective, your satisfaction means the world to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached.
To start a return, please email us at support@stillwaterscollective.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly assist if the item is still in stock.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Accessories & jewelry

  • Intimates (such as bodysuits or bralettes)

  • Sale items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
