All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During holidays, new launches, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience and understanding!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey straight to your door!

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Still Waters Collective is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

6. Local Pick-Up (if applicable)

If local pick-up is available in your area, you’ll see it as an option during checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for pick-up.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Still Waters Collective ships only within the United States. We hope to expand soon — stay tuned for updates!
